The International Products Competition

Organised as part of the Mondial du Fromage and in collaboration with the International Cheesemongers Guild, this is a highly anticipated event for professionals. It's an opportunity to showcase expertise, respect for traditions, strive for excellence and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
In 2025, almost 1,900 cheeses were presented to a jury of nearly 320 international professionals chaired by Roland Barthelemy, Provost of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers. A supreme jury composed of 12 international judges elected the best cheese in the world: Gruyère AOP Vieux de la Fromagerie la Côte-aux-Fées.
